Area 1 A includes 5 multiple districts: MD 2-Texas, MD 26-Missouri, MD 3-Oklahoma, MD 7-Arkansas, and MD 8-Louisana. This area includes 35 districts with over 37,000 Lions.
Our Districts:
Each District Global Action Team includes the following team members: District Governor, First and Second Vice District Governors, Global Membership Team (GMT), Global Extension Team (GET), Global Leadership Team (GLT), Global Service Team (GST), and Global Membership Approach (GMA) coordinators.
Our Purpose:
The Area 1 A Global Action Team (GAT) provides support to the multiple district and district Global Action Teams (GAT). Throughout the year, information that is relevant to 1A teams will be added here. You will be able to find the current and back issues of the Scorecard, our weekly newsletter, videos of our monthly zoom get-togethers, training videos, resource links, announcements, and reminders.
